Slightly higher residual here versus the Fuder 10, in step with a higher concentration level. Apple and watermelon, red fruits, white strawberry, mirabelle, freshly cut peaches, the Fuder 5 has more intensity across the palate, finishing on slate and a lacy, softly woven acid line. As ever, this straddles the boundary between Spätlese and Auslese. Textured and very long.
