Produced from fruit containing more than 50% botrytis and harvested during the final days of the vintage, this Goldkapsel carries AP number 1 – reflecting the highest quality wine produced by the estate this vintage. Creamy and complex on the nose, it combines dried fruits, toasted nuts and fine slate-derived minerality. The palate is concentrated and powerful, yet the substantial dry extract and mineral structure prevent it from feeling overtly sweet or dense. A serious noble sweet wine of impressive length and refinement. Bottled at 115g/l residual sugar.
