The 2025 Riesling Saarburger Rausch Auslese begins with slaty savor and citrus notions on the nose but plunges into beautifully orange-scented, crushed, ripe yellow peach on the palate. This is like a picture of a perfectly ripe, aromatic yellow peach, a heightened, supercharged expression of exquisite purity and poise. The elegance is disarming. (Sweet)
