An intriguing nose from this Grand Cru vineyard, with stony slate notes, a mineral focus, and precise layers of fruit and savoury salty stone below. Only 4 grams of sugar here, but no hardness or tartness. Dellchen is a terraced hollow in a hillside whose slate and porphyry soils give wines of mineral elegance.
