Oberhäuser Brücke, Riesling, Auslese, Goldkapsel, 2023
An early-picked noble sweet wine, in relative terms, the Brücke GK arrived in mid-October comprised of 15% botrytis and 85% late harvest golden fruits. A tiny concentrated production this year, acidity sits at over 9g and residual sugar at just 90g (down from an average of 110-130g). For who like their Goldkapsels nervy and racy, the crisp tropical fruits and building, firm finish on the Brücke should do the job nicely.
