Monzinger, Riesling, Kabinett, 2021
justerini & brooks tasting note
The Ortswein (village) Kabinett is light, dancing and playful with lots of orangey fruits, tangerine and grapefruit, lime juice, and just a great sense of ease. A lifted, really fun Kabinett that is a pleasure to drink.

The 2021 Monzinger Riesling Kabinett is pure, clear and deep on the saline, flinty and rather moderate nose. On the palate, this is is a salty-piquant, very stimulating and refreshing Riesling with a good, crystalline structure. This is a good Kabinett yet still far too young to dive into all its depth. Natural cork. 9% stated alcohol. Tasted at the domaine in August 2022.
