Riesling Im Muschelkalk, Trocken, 2020

A combination of younger plots and declassified GG fruit from the limestone rich Im Sonnenschein vineyard. The Mushelkalk Trocken has a lovely chalky, salty quiver to the green apple, pink grapefruit and mint infused Riesling flavours. Terrifically expressive, touches of limestone character come through both in smoky aromas but also the way the stones grip the palate. A pithy grapefruit note commands the finish then releases into yellow fruit notes.
