The Paolo Scavino 2020 Dolcetto d'Alba (closed in a screw cap bottle) shows a medium dark appearance and a very bright and punchy bouquet that is redolent of cherry and baked blueberry. The wine proceeds with confident freshness and a whole lot of black fruit intensity with a touch of pretty sweetness.
