Soft pressing, use of selected yeasts and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks result in a Prosecco with a brilliant appearance (a mix of pale yellow and green reflections) with a nice, persistent mousse. It has delicate aromas of green apple and white flowers. Dry, but with that unmistakable Prosecco juiciness, it is ideal as an aperitif or served with fish and salads.
In the picturesque Colli Asolani hills of Veneto, near Treviso, Dal Bello produce some of the most attractive, enagaging prosecco there is. Love and passion for their wine and their land is the philosophy of the Dal Bello family, who has been producing wines in the picturesque hills of Asolo for many years now. In this generous Venetian land, the mild climate, the optimal altitude and the ideal sun exposure, provide the vine with the perfect habitat for the production of great wines. The winery was founded by Victor Bello in the fifties and is now run by his sons Antonio and Mario, who introduced modern technology in winemaking tradition and family values.
