The top white in the Textura range, Pura Branco comes from two parcels; a near-pure Encruzado block of 60 year old vines at 600m and a 35 year old field blend of other local white varieties at 500m. 70% in barrel and 30% in cement, Pura goes through partial malolactic fermentation, delivering a soft, contoured palate resplendent with notes of stone fruit, nut, salted butter and fresh red apples. Beautifully long and layered on the finish with a succulent line of freshness and granitic intensity.
