A blend of 65% Encruzado, 25% Bical and 10% Cerceal from vines averaging 25-60 years old planted on decomposed granite soils. 70% aged in oak (50% foudré) and 30% in concrete to retain freshness. Kept for 11 months on the lees with no battonage and assembled for six months in tank before bottling. Bold but bright notes of citrus, jasmine blossom and honey with a beam of spice and freshness. Saline, taut and complex, just 6,000bts were produced.
