Where the 2023 was marked by sweet aromatics, the 2024 is more baritone and impactful – offering a bit of everything. The quality of the tannin is better than ever, a wine that will go the distance for those who choose to age it but be a gorgeous wine to drink over dinner with friends in youth. Roughly 70-80% Syrah, the rest of the blend is comprised of Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. Aged in a variety of neutral vessels including barrique, foudré and concrete, bottled after a year and held back an extra year in bottle. The most important red of the winery.
