Syrah, Swartland, 2023

Sappy dark fruit with notes of bramble and currants, the Swartland Syrah is spicy, deep and baritone produced in a savoury style. The 2023 comes from the 85% young clay soils with 100% whole bunches used. 15% comes from rockier soils with smaller berries. 12-14 days pressed in to old 300 and 500L barrels and bottled after 10 months.
