A crisp, texturally satisfying white with nerve and cut, exhibiting notes of citrus blossom, essential oils, toast and nuts – highly impressive and satisfying. Produced from 100% Verdejo from vineyards surrounding the property at 900m elevation and almost pure limestone soils.
