A light smoky, reduction on the nose slowly unfurls to white blossom, fennel fronds, wild herbs and white stone fruit. The palate is fresh and saline, with great acidity and texture. A blend of 90% Viura with 5% Malvasia and 5% Palomino Fino from three vineyards in the villages of Baños de Ebro, Samaniego and Ábalos. Raised in 50% concrete and 50%, 500L used oak foudres.
