Cuvée Ruth, Pinot Noir, 2023

The 2023 Pinot Noir Cuvee Ruth is a blend of volcanic vineyards including: Bracken, Koosah, Sojeau, Temperance Hill & X Novo, utilising 5% whole bunches, and aged in 40% new oak barrels. Ken decided to bottle four months earlier than normal to retain freshness and aromatics. Redolent, crunchy and expressive. This is bursting with vivid floral cherry notes and orange peel character. Just 650 cases produced.
