The 2018 Mountadam Estate Chardonnay from High Eden displays fresh citrus and white peach aromas, complemented by a subtle hint of vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate, it is elegantly structured, with vibrant acidity and a creamy texture. The wine is balanced and complex, with a long, refreshing finish marked by delicate minerality and citrus zest. Established in 1972 , Mountadam High Eden Estate is one of Australia’s oldest cool climate Chardonnay vineyards. Situated on a unique rocky outcrop the estate commands an easterly aspect over Eden Valley. All fruit used to craft this wine is grown on the estate.
