Eichinger's 2021 Riesling Ried Zobinger Heiligenstein 1OTW presented itself in difficult shape in September at the Erste Lage tasting in Grafenegg. Notes of yeast and distilled milk in the dense, still-restrained nose say a lot, just not Heiligenstein. This is very juicy and fruit-intensive in the mouth but also a bit broad and bitter, losing focus. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork stopper.
