Aromatic but with a sense of control and grip, Les Vignes de Precheur is a blend of varieties that together represent the perfect introduction to Alsace, offering an array of flowers, honey and lychee, underpinned by a core of juicy, fresh apple and lime. A blend of 40% Riesling, 20% Pinot Gris, 20% Pinot Blanc, 12% Sylvaner, 5% Muscat and 3% Auxerrois.

The 2023 Les Vignes du Précheur is a co-ferment of 40% Riesling and 30% Auxerrois, with Pinot Gris, Sylvaner and Muscat. This was made in foudres. An elderflower aroma is tender on the nose and comes with pear and lemony tones. It is juicy, bone-dry and oh-so crunchy. With its bright and slender body, the 2023 really does make the mouth water.
