Pinot Gris, Clos des Capucins, 2024

Slightly richer and more generous in style than the other Pinot Gris in the range, it shows notes of white peach, tangerine and brioche. Fuller-bodied and buttery on the palate, it is balanced by lemon, chamomile and a salty freshness. This would make an excellent pairing to poultry or cream-based dishes.
