Classic, lip-smacking Weinbach Riesling with impressive structure and drive for a wine of this level. Produced primarily from old vines in the Clos surrounding the estate as well as some declassified fruit from the steeper slopes.

The 2021 Riesling Cuvée Théo is harvested in the granitic sand of the Clos des Capucins. There is a slight reduction and a subtle scent, but swirling reveals a touch of orange peel. The palate has the taut, bright citrus wonder we know. A light-bodied, vivid and dry Riesling shining with ripe lemon and subtle tangerine. The finish is bone-dry with a zesty finish. (Bone-dry)
