This Veroilles is pure joy – one of the most complete examples we have tasted. Open-knit, generous, floral fruit notes of cherry blossom, raspberry and alpine strawberry. Soft, yet somehow bright and focused. A real charmer. Veroilles is one of the highest vineyards in the commune producing tense, high-toned wines that retain that Chambolle charm and texture.

The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Les Véroilles has a wonderful nose with black cherries, cranberry and crushed rose petal aromas. Vivacious. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy black cherry and cassis fruit, controlled and focused with insistent grip on the saline finish. Very fine.
