Tight grained red berries. Delicate and floral. Oh so very Chambolle with translucent fine fruit and delicate minerality coming through on the fresh finish. Such a pretty, stylish Pinot Noir, a jewel of a bottling. Véroilles is one of the highest vineyards in the commune producing tense, high-toned wines that retain that Chambolle charm and texture.

The 2023 Chambolles-Musigny Les Veroilles has a well-defined bouquet with mainly red fruit. An appealing mineralité comes through with aeration. The palate is well balanced with good concentration and firm grip, lightly spiced with a touch of sour cherry on the slightly short finish. Give this two or three years in bottle.
