Vosne Romanée, Les Suchots, 1er Cru, 2010

Suchots produces immediately seductive and very silky Vosne. This 2010 (aged in 60% new barrel, though the oak flavours are barely discernible) is true to type, boasting gorgeously svelte, smooth crushed ripe berry flavours; notes of kirsch, red cherry, sloe, bramble and raspberry liqueur glide smoothly across the palate.
