All of the exuberance and body of Chaume but delivered with more finesse. Silky suave flavours of forest berry, strawberry, flowers and griotte. Sweet, seductive but vivid and sufficiently crisp. Great texture and length of flavour, every bit a top end Premier Cru. A beauty.
