Power without any brutality. Quite the opposite, this has great breadth, but charm too. Corpulent, mouth-coating flavours and a soft, caressing texture. Alluring notes of soft berry, damson liqueur, flowers and undergrowth. Fresh yet silky, fruity, but complex. Such a complete and harmonious Vosne-like Nuits. Boudots, well situated next to Vosne-Romanée Malconsorts, produces some of the bigger, richer and broader style of Nuits whilst keeping a silky texture.
