A Vosne that represents a finely poised balance of flinty minerality and alluring, sensual Vosne fruit. Intense, silky and sleek, if a touch less unctuous than Suchots. Expressive, fragrant fruit notes of fresh raspberries, strawberries and cherries with heady floral overtones, finishing on brighter shades of sea salt and crushed stones. Glorious.

Grivot’s 2011 Vosne-Romanée Les Reignots is striking. Fresh, floral aromatics lead to expressive red fruits in this vibrant, delineated wine. The energy and focus here is gorgeous. Sweet, floral notes reappear to frame the weightless, totally gracious finish.
