The 2023 Bourgogne Les Chataigners comes from chalkier soils. This has a delectable bouquet with bright scents of green apple and light orange pith aromas. The palate is well balanced with plenty of solids even for a regional white, insistent grip on the finish with admirable mineralité. Enjoy over the next two or three years.
