Originating from two parcels in and around Chassagne-Montrachet, Pillot’s 2024 Bourgogne Blanc has turned out well, blossoming in the glass with aromas of nashi pear, white flowers and lemon oil, followed by a medium-bodied, incisive palate built around racy acidity and concluding with a chalky finish.

The 2024 Bourgogne Chardonnay has a striking, quite flinty bouquet that is more Village quality - wonderful delineation. The palate is fresh and vibrant, quite malic in style with Granny Smith apples and a bright and lively finish. Enjoy this in its flush of youth.
