A little more bite and firmness than the regular Pernand. Vivid flavours of citrus and salts with a softening yellow plum note. Awash with minerals and dry extract; long, focused and electrifying. As intense and razor sharp as any of the Côte's great white Premiers Crus. At the confluence of two valleys which means it benefits from cooling winds. Aged in 20 percent new oak for 12 months. Bottled at the end of August 2019. From three parcels within this fine, south-facing vineyard, perched at the top of a small hill adjacent to Corton.
