Excellent vintage that saw rain early season then hot summer, this is delicate, spicy, fennel and aniseed, white flowers, lilies and bitter citrus, savoury tomato stem, verbena notes. 4g/l dosage, aged in 100% stainless steel, 1,200 bottles and 230 magnums, disgorged December 2025 ater tirage in August 2017, 2.98ph.
