Templiers used to be fermented with whole bunches and 2 weeks on the skins, these days it is fully destemmed and infuses for 4-6 weeks, so a longer but gentler process. *We want the weight to match the tannins and build the wine to a great balance. Full bodied wines with elegance.” A Syrah-influenced blend, with Grenache the other key component. Aged in large steel tanks.
