Really ethereal, lifted red fruit like their 2014 but with a lot more power. Generous and vivacious, with good background structure this looks very promising indeed yet is also immediately attractive so juicy, airy and svelte are the red kirsch and griotte fruit flavours. A beauty. A blend of Grenache (85%), 10% Mourvèdre and the rest a mixture of other permitted co-planted varieties. Fermented with whole bunches, naturally, with no added yeast. The fermentation takes place in concrete tanks before élévage over two Springs in old oak tonneaux.
