Reminiscent of wild fermentation at first, but underneath this a lovely calm silky mineral quality fused with sun drenched peach and yellow fruit notes. Freshness here is enhanced by a saline element and the underlying sleek mineral character that is such a feature of the Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard. Noble, deep and finely poised. A beauty.
