Maximin Grünhauser Bruderberg, Riesling, Kabinett, 2021

The coolest site of the three, Bruderberg is always the last to be harvested and has a hugely expressive, slightly wild, brambly character that we absolutely love. The 2021 has a beautiful bracing clarity to it, with wild forest fruits and herbs, golden apples, underpinned by a lovely sweetness and up-front intensity.
