Wild, crackling spontaneous fermentation notes with lashings of lime and salt, the Bruderberg often reminds us of a margarita cocktail! Intense and up front with a fine grip and high levels of acidity, the Kabinett 2023 is invigorating with a level of concentration that carries the sugar effortlessly. Bottled at around 50g of residual sugar as usual.

The 2023 Riesling Maximin Grünhäuser Bruderberg Kabinett opens with reduction that colors passionfruit and ripe pear with smoky flint. Gloriously tart-sweet lemon defines the palate, making the mouth water and tingle. This is so light and alive with zestiness.
