Brunello Di Montalcino, 2009

Aged for 4 years in large used wooden vat. A traditional Brunello of great quality and flair. Aromas of rose, red berry and secondary autumnal characteristics of smoke and bramble, so silky long and vibrant on the palate with flavours of sweet strawberry fruit, kirsch, flowers, sweet spice and balsamic. A bold, full wine of striking personality without being overwhelming. There is very great fruit definition aswell as complexity. Stunning.
