The 2022 Soave Classico wafts up from the glass with an airy and inviting blend of wildflowers, fresh mint and crushed apples. This opens with soft textures and salty mineral tones that saturate while citrus-tinged orchard fruits cascade throughout. This tapers off with tension and freshness, at the same time puckering the cheeks and forcing the mouth to water for more as perfumed inner florals slowly fade. The Gini Soave Classico always represents amazing value.
