Pinot Noir, Block 3, 2024

More intense with a cherry stone bite and a red fruited, kirsch and rosehip accent, there is a cushion of gentle oak before a firmer finish. Block 3 is a gentle north-facing slope in the middle of The Elms vineyard, where the soils are light loess with a very unusual seam of limestone. Fermented with 25% whole clusters and aged for 13 months in 25% French new oak barrels.
