Cream, VOS, 20 Years [Bottled 2023], nv

A superbly complex Cream Sherry produced from 70% old Oloroso cask Sherry blended with 30% younger Pedro Ximenez for sweetness. A remarkable quality of fresh raisin and fig notes, with plum, toast and nuts. Ground coffee and hints of peach and butterscotch lead in to a wonderfully vibrant, crisp finish. A versatile sweet wine that will appeal to all. This was the first Cream Sherry to qualify for VOS classification, with an real average age of 25 years.
