The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, with 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Merlot in the blend, is deep garnet-purple in color. Bright, vivacious notes of crushed black and red currants, fresh blackberries, and Morello cherries spring from the glass, leading to touches of menthol, tilled soil, and tree bark. The medium to full-bodied palate is refreshing and energetic, with a frame of ripe, grainy tannins and bold freshness, finishing long and with great purity.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is plump, juicy and forward. A burst of dark red cherry, plum, licorice, spice and mocha hits the palate. This young, exuberant Cabernet packs plenty of punch. All the natural intensity of this low-yielding vintage comes through loud and clear.
