Mt Pajaro Vineyard, Chardonnay, 2019

Very fine and detailed, Mt. Pajaro is a delicate yet precise Chardonnay that majors in very pure lime scented crushed rock aromas with salty, citrus, mineral line across the mid palate and a finishing touch of fresh white butter. A wine of discretion today it nevertheless has great tension and a long finish. There’s a very fine beautifully integrated wisp of smoky reduction too. Discreet and super pure yet with a fine long finish.
