Breathtaking and rather difficult to put into words. This is on another plane, planet, even, to Grivot's other wines. Ethereal, detailed red berry and cherry fruit floats across the palate hovering above a cashmere cloak of tannins. Refined mineral notes shimmer intermittently through the fruit and all through the intense, echoing finish. Sublime.
