The 2022 Im Sonnenschein Weisser Burgunder GG from Siebeldingen offers a very fine, fruity, aromatic and spicy bouquet. On the palate, it is tightly meshed, very dense and spicy but also fine and persistently salty. This is a classic Rebholz that may be challenging in its purism when young, but it can mature magnificently. It's a very promising wine. Tasted in Wiesbaden at the Vorpremiere VDP.Grosses Gewachs in August 2023.
