The very slightest touch of whole bunch gives this an aromatic floral character. Herbal notes, spices and hedgerow fruits. On the palate this is typically powerful and deep, with earthy minerality and firm tannins. A serious Petite Chapelle, all stones and savoury nuance. Situated just under Chapelle Chambertin, where the soils are typically "Gevrey”, and clay dominated.
