The 2024 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru was completely de-stemmed as there was a lot of millerandage according to Caroline Drouhin. It has a perfumed bouquet with a mixture of red and black fruit, peony and iris flower and veins of blue fruit that emerge with aeration. The palate is bright and energetic on the entry with fine tannins and a killer line of acidity that lends this sapidity and freshness. There is just a touch of oak to be integrated on the finish so afford this three or four years in barrel.
