Unsurprisingly, patience will be required here, indeed the site's textbook complex minerality and delicacy are almost, but not quite, smothered by the sheer mass of complex summer fruit and dried fruit notes on display, alongside the honey and sweet fruit acidity - all of which are delivered with the lightest of footprints and silkiest of textures. This really is just an infant, but already it is very long and highly complex. An elixir today but a magic potion given enough time.
