    A crystalline nose that moves from classic wild ferment notes to grass and then red apple, juicy and fruit forward on palate with fine extract and iron rich spiced fruit. There's an almost granular mineral quality across the mid palate, while pithy grapefruit notes dominate the finish.

    Golden Delicious apple is wreathed in lily-of-the-valley and tempered by pungency and brightness of fresh lime on a penetrating nose and a buoyant, glossy, generously juicy palate. The finish lingers lusciously and with a saliva-stimulating hint of salinity. As with all of the 2017 Schloss Lieser Kabinetts, high residual sugar is successfully balanced out by efficacious acidity and extract.
