The 2024 Sonnenuhr GG Wehlen Riesling shows a fine reduction and floral slate notes and represents a fragrant Sonnenuhr with delicate ripe yellow fruit aromas. Tight-knit, dense, rich in substance, elegant and fine, with lots of juicy fruit, delicate acidity and slate character, this Wehlener Sonnenuhr has lingering salinity. The 2024 Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Grosses Gewächs unites a touch of reductive flintiness with its nose of wet slate, intensifying that notion of stone. Overtones of citrus foliage and lemon-lime zest make the 2024 fragrant and alluring. A beautifully tingling, spicy, scented citrus vibe stays throughout the elegant, taut palate.
