Chambolle Musigny, Les Hauts Doix, 1er Cru, 2017
Racy, bright Chambolle that is edgy yet also shows class with the nobility of its tannins. Silken but vibrant and long. There is a saline edge to the sweet strawberry, cherry and tayberry fruits that makes this so refreshing. A little known but wonderful parcel within Amoureuses that faces slightly to the north. Fermented with a third whole bunches and aged in 25% new oak.
